Why is medication so affordable in Canada?
The Canadian government has put a ceiling on drug prices. This practice restricts the prices that drug manufacturers can charge for their products. The Canadian government also allows generic drug companies to manufacture generic equivalents a lot sooner than in the US. The favorable exchange rate between the American and Canadian dollar allows for greater purchasing power for Americans!

Do I need a prescription to order medications?
A valid prescription is required from a licensed practitioner in order to purchase any prescription medication from our Canadian pharmacy. Please fax the prescription right away to avoid any delays in shipping the product to you.

Why do I have to fill out a health profile form?
Our Canadian doctors and pharmacists need your health and medication history to correctly assess your drug therapy as well as to check for any unsafe drug-drug and/or drug-health interactions.

Will you accept my US Insurance?
Unfortunately we cannot accept American insurance claims. There are some insurance companies in the United States that deal with Canadian pharmacies and have programs set up to help their customers who purchase medication from Canada. We can provide you with any proof of purchase and/or receipts that you may require in order for you to make your insurance claim. We encourage you to ask your insurance company for more information.

How long will it take to process my order?
Once HealthSuperstoreRx has received your order and prescription(s), our Canadian doctor will review and co-sign them and send them back to our Canadian pharmacy. We will then start to process your order for shipment. It takes 15-20 business days to receive the shipment. Please allow extra days in the case of holidays.

If you have run out of your medication, please purchase a sufficient supply from your local pharmacy to last you until your order arrives.

How safe is the information that I enter on the website?
All the information entered on our website is held in strict confidence and can not be accessed by anyone other than HealthSuperstoreRx employees. Will the medication I receive from you look different from what I get in the US?
Yes. The pills you receive from HealthSuperstoreRx may look different if a different drug company manufactures them. Although the pills may look different, they contain the exact same chemical ingredients, which are present in the pills available in the US. Most of the brand name drugs that you order will probably look the same and come in the same packaging because the same company may make them.

How do I pay for my order?

No. A shipping fee is charged per order not per medication.
